Common pricing questions

We offer a 14-day pilot program rather than a self-serve trial. During the pilot, our team configures Checkfirst for your specific inspector pool and job types so you see real scheduling output, not generic demos. Book a demo to start the pilot process.

An inspector is any individual in your Checkfirst account who can be assigned to jobs. This includes full-time employees, part-time contractors, and freelance inspectors managed through the platform. Managers and administrators who do not take job assignments are not counted.

No setup fees for Starter and Growth. Enterprise engagements may include a one-time professional services fee for custom integrations with your ERP system. This is quoted separately based on integration complexity before you commit.

Yes. Plan upgrades are available at any time and take effect immediately. If you exceed your inspector limit, Checkfirst will notify you and help you upgrade before your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

We invoice in EUR by default. USD and GBP are available for customers on annual contracts. All prices shown exclude VAT, which is applied at the applicable rate for your country at invoicing.
